Facing with these new challenges in Chinese market, Shanghai FANUC actively look for a mature, high standardized and modularized MES system, to be a part of its Smart Manufacturing Portfolio, while MPDV China is interested in getting a high-reputation partner to expand business in China as fast as possible. In view of this, both parties started to discuss about the cooperation in order to provide the best solution for common end customers, to help them build up the robust foundation for Smart Manufacturing.
2017年11月(yue)3日(ri)，MPDV全球董事長Prof. Dr. Kletti與上海發(fa)那科機(ji)器人有限(xian)公司常務副總經(jing)理Dr. Shen在(zai)上海發(fa)那科機(ji)器人有限(xian)公司會(hui)談，確認未來的一系列合(he)作方向，包括示范線建設(she)、市場推(tui)廣、商務合(he)作、技術支(zhi)持和項目(mu)實(shi)施等。
On Nov. 3rd, 2017, Prof. Dr. Kletti, the president of MPDV Group, paid a visit to Shanghai FANUC, and had a warm meeting with Dr. Shen, the deputy GM of Shanghai FANUC and the Chief Engineer of FANUC Global. The result of the meeting is constructive, describing the bright future of partnership, including building up a Smart Manufacturing reference line at Shanghai FANUC, marketing promotion, commercial cooperation, technical support and project implementation as well.
雙方合作的開始是在上海發(fa)(fa)那(nei)科機(ji)器人(ren)有(you)限公司建設一條(tiao)控制柜柔性生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)線，以(yi)示范發(fa)(fa)那(nei)科自(zi)動化和(he)MPDV MES高度整合的智能制造(zao)概念。生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)線由(you)(you)激光切割機(ji)、螺柱焊(han)(han)接機(ji)、打磨機(ji)、點焊(han)(han)/弧焊(han)(han)機(ji)以(yi)及(ji)多臺機(ji)器人(ren)組成。所有(you)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)設備(bei)和(he)機(ji)器人(ren)均為發(fa)(fa)那(nei)科產(chan)(chan)品(pin)。生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)線的生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)指(zhi)揮完全由(you)(you)MPDV的HYDRA MES系統接管(guan)，覆(fu)蓋從工(gong)單創建到(dao)最終(zhong)成品(pin)產(chan)(chan)出整個(ge)制造(zao)增(zeng)值過程(cheng)。
The starting point is to immediately build up a cabinet production line with high flexibility to show the “Smart Concept” by highly integration of FANUC Automation and MPDV MES. This reference line consists of laser cutting, welding, polishing machines and some handling robots. All machines and robots are made by FANUC. The entire value-added production chain, from creation production order to finished goods, is manageable and controllable by Hydra MES from MPDV,

Besides classical MES applications, like order management, production planning, data capturing, production control, quality inspection, production statics and analysis, the highlight of the reference line is to show how the full integration of machine, robot and MES system brings the best optimized added-value in production:
高度(du)柔性化 / High Flexibility
1.多品種小(xiao)批(pi)量柔性加工，將換線損失降到最小(xiao)。
Flexibility supports to high-mixed production to reduce the change-over loss.
2.在MES中(zhong)規劃工藝路線(xian)，實現(xian)在同(tong)一條生(sheng)產線(xian)上生(sheng)產不同(tong)尺寸的(de)控制(zhi)柜(ju)。
Production routes are planned in MES to realize that cabinets with various sizes can be produced in same line.
自動化與信息化全(quan)集成 / Full integration of automatization and ; informatization
1.由MES根據工(gong)單信(xin)息向生產設(she)備自(zi)動下達NC程序。
NC program is automatically transferred to machine according to order by MES
2.FANUC設備和(he)機器人與HYDRA MES無(wu)縫集成，向(xiang)MES系統提供信(xin)號(hao)，自動觸(chu)發(fa)生(sheng) 產開(kai)始(shi)和(he)產出報工。
FANUC machines and robots interact with HYDRA MES, automatically trigger production start and order confirmation by counting output.
3.根(gen)據前序設備完工信號和工藝路(lu)線，通過(guo)機器人控制工序之間的物料(liao)自動流轉(zhuan) 。
Material flow between operations is controlled by MES according to machine signal and production route.
質(zhi)量全追(zhui)溯 / Quality traceability

2.Maintenance tasks are automatically triggered against actual machine running status (cycle - , or running time – based).
